Booking information
Tiny Grace is an adults-only retreat for up to two guests. Minimum stays vary by date. Check-in is from 3 pm and check-out is by 11 am.
Rates and cleaning
Accommodation rates vary with your dates. Cleaning and fresh linen are included in the accommodation rate, with no separate cleaning and linen fee.
Refundable security bond
A refundable security bond of $200 AUD is payable three days before check-in. For bookings made within three days of arrival, payment is required before check-in.
Following inspection, we initiate the refund within seven days of checkout. Any deductions are limited to documented costs for damage, missing items or cleaning beyond normal use, and we will explain these to you. Your bank may take additional time to process the refund.
Date changes and cancellations
We understand that plans can change. Please get in touch as soon as possible, and we’ll work with you to explore a more suitable date, subject to availability. Any change to the rate or booking terms will be discussed with you before a date change is confirmed.
If you need to cancel your direct booking, the following policy applies:
- Before 3 pm, 30 days before arrival: a full refund.
- From that deadline until before 3 pm, seven days before arrival: a 50% refund of accommodation charges.
- At or after 3 pm, seven days before arrival: accommodation charges are non-refundable, subject to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
All deadlines use Healesville local time. These terms do not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law. For bookings made through another platform, the cancellation terms shown when you book apply.

Privacy information
When you send an enquiry, the details you provide, including your name, email, proposed stay dates, guest numbers and message, are used to respond to your enquiry and help arrange your stay.
Enquiries and guest reviews
Our enquiry form and Airbnb review display are provided through Elfsight. These embedded services may receive browser and network information needed to load and operate the widgets. Information submitted through the enquiry form is processed through the form’s configured enquiry service.
Availability and bookings
The availability calendar and direct booking page are provided by Smoobu. When you view the calendar or open the booking page, Smoobu may receive information needed to provide that service. Booking and payment details are handled through the booking service and its payment providers.
Maps and other websites
Our maps are provided by Google Maps, which may receive browser and network information when a map loads. Links to booking platforms, local venues and other websites open services with their own privacy policies.
